CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–September 3, 2015. Let’s all say Thank You!

Roosevelt University has just been named as one of the most polite universities in the nation by GrubHub, a mobile and online service.

And no one should be thanked more than the Roosevelt students, faculty and staff who used the service during the 2014-15 academic year, for they were inclined to say “please,” “thanks” and “thank you” when placing an order.

“This pleasing news emphasizes what we’ve known all along,” said Roosevelt President Ali Malekzadeh. “People in the Roosevelt community are typically kind and considerate.  We care about one another and about those in our community.  It doesn’t surprise me at all that we would be recognized for our politeness,” he said.

The University was ranked 10th in the nation for the polite way that community members made to GrubHub between Sept. 1, 2014 through Dec. 16, 2014 and from Jan. 14 through June 1 of this year.

The good news was recently reported in the Huffington Post.  To learn more about GrubHub’s ranking of the top 20 most polite universities in the nation for 2015, see the Huffington Post article.

And please don’t forget to say “please” and “thank you” whenever and wherever possible this academic year. Roosevelt could very well be ranked as the most polite university in the nation in 2016.

Thank you.
