Chicago Heights, IL-(ENEWSPF)- The Prairie State College (PSC) speech team received seventh place of 13 teams and brought home several individual awards from a Dec. 1 tournament hosted by the College of Lake County.
Nick Williams of Homewood received first place for program oral interpretation and fourth place for speech to entertain. Sarah Hill of Harvey received fifth place for speech to entertain. The team was coached by PSC Professors Ed Schwarz, David Naze, and Elighie Wilson.
“It was nice seeing all of my speech friends that I’ve made throughout the season,” said Sarah Hill.
