Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)–Editor’s Note: We continue our reporting on news from police reports. Besides covering the many stories from around Park Forest that otherwise might go unnoticed, we want to bring more complete coverage of police reports than is reported by other local media.

An arrest does not mean that a person is guilty. All those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty. It is the policy of eNews Park Forest to not remove items in the public record from publication. If your name is listed in the police reports, we will only add information relevant to the final disposition of the case at hand, e.g. "Mr. Smith was subsequently acquitted," "Mr. Smith entered a guilty plea," or "All charges against Mr. Smith were subsequently dropped." Tobin J Cirullo, 36, 4445 Poplar Ave., Richton Park, was arrested on November 20 and processed on a misdemeanor charge of no valid driver’s license and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident when police were dispatched to the intersection of Sauk Trail and Orchard Drive to investigate a report of a hit and run accident. Police say Cirullo turned himself into the Park Forest Police Department at 2:30 AM on November 20 following this incident, which occurred November 19.

Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Winnebago Street on November 19 to investigate a report of a disturbance. Police say an anonymous caller reported observing three subjects apparently fighting in the street. Police have suspect information and are investigating.

Shaquille T. Coldman, 19, 206 Gold St., Park Forest, was arrested on November 20 and charged with criminal damage to property when police were dispatched to the 200 block of Gold Street to investigate a report of criminal damage to property.

A juvenile was processed on a charge of possession of cannabis when an officer working at Rich East High School on November 20 was assigned to investigate a complaint involving a student regarding possession of cannabis.

Police say between $3000 and $5000 in copper was stolen from a residence in the 200 block of Sauk Trail on November 21.

Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Winnebago Street on November 21 when a resident called saying that her son ran in from taking out the garbage saying that someone was attempting to steal her car.

A 37-inch Insignia flat-screen television valued at $400, a Samsung mobile phone valued at $100, and a 26-inch Seiko flat-screen television valued at $150 were reported stolen from a residence in the first block of West Rocket Circle on November 21.

Two Tauro snow blowers were reported stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Shabbona Drive on November 22.

A Kinetik car audio battery valued between $200 and $300 was reported stolen from the garage of a residence in the first block of East Rocket Circle on November 23.

Aqueela K. Abdullah, 33, 92B Dogwood St., Park Forest, was arrested on November 23 and charged with aggravated battery, domestic battery, resisting, obstructing, and attempting to disarm an officer when police were dispatched to the 23400 block of Western Avenue to investigate a report of a domestic dispute.

Courtney A. Hoover, 27, 283 Allegheny St., Park Forest, was arrested on November 24 and charged with violating an order of protection when police responded to the 200 block of Allegheny Street to investigate a domestic dispute complaint.

A black Samsung cellular phone valued at $50 was reported stolen from the Park Forest Public Library on November 24. The phone had been left on a desk to charge by a patron.

Ishmel G. Blade, 32, 374 Dogwood St., Park Forest, was arrested on November 24 and issued citations charging no rear registration plate light, illegal transportation of open alcohol, and driving while license was suspended when an officer observed that the vehicle Blade was driving in the area of Sauk Trail and Western Avenue had no rear registration plate light, according to police. Police also seized $926 cash from Blade pursuant to the "Drug Asset Forfeiture Procedure Act" according to police. Police say Blade has a total of 19 arrests.

A juvenile was arrested on November 25 and issued a municipal citation charging possession of cannabis when an officer patrolling in the area of Forest Trail Middle School observed that the vehicle the juvenile was driving northbound on Wilson Street did not have a rear registration plate light, according to police.

Brittney L. Turner, 21, 2259 Carolina St., Gary, IN, was arrested on November 25 and charged with driving while license was suspended, failure to signal a turn, and obstructed windshield when an officer on patrol observed the vehicle Turner was driving make a left turn from southbound  Western Avenue onto eastbound Algonquin Street without signaling, according to police. A passenger in the vehicle, Juan Willingham, 33, 421 W. Hickory St., Chicago Heights, was also arrested and charged with possession of cannabis.

A Nintendo Wii game system valued at $199 and a book of checks was reported stolen from a residence in the 300 block of Todd Street on November 26.

A vehicle which police found to be illegally parked on November 26 in the 100 block of Iroquois Street was discovered to have been stolen. Police say they were told by a couple that they had bought the car in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, after responding to an advertisement on Craig’s List. Police determined that the vehicle was in fact stolen and that a stolen auto report had been made with the Oswego Police Department. The vehicle was towed to the Park Forest Police Department pending further investigation with the Oswego Police Department.

A residence in the 200 block of Allegheny Street was discovered to have been vandalized on November 26.

A refrigerator valued at $150, a stove valued at $150, and approximately $50 of copper pipe were reported stolen from a residence in the 200 block of Allegheny Street on November 27. Police say there was other damage to the residence as well.

A washing machine was reported stolen from a residence in Sauk Court on November 27.

An Acer computer monitor and an Intel desktop computer were reported stolen from a school in the 100 block of Chestnut Street on November 27.

Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Todd Street on November 28 to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance. According to police, witnesses reported that a third individual with whom they were having a dispute went to the trunk of his vehicle, took out a gun, pulled the slide back and pointed it at an individual. The gun resembled a Glock, according to police. Police have suspect information and are investigating.
