Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Principal Michael McGrone of Rich South High School will address the monthly faith and prayer meeting of “Park Forest Peace Talks,” on Wednesday, July 20, at 7:00 p.m. The gathering meets at St. Ireneaus Church, 78 Cherry Street, Park Forest. The Peace Talks series is an ecumenical and interfaith group.
People of any faith background, or no faith background, are welcome to attend.
McGrone will discuss his dynamic and innovative approach for preparing young people to face a challenging world once they leave high school.
Principal McGrone and his staff may very well be developing a successful model that committed schools across the region will replicate as they work to form children – especially Children of Color – into successful, confident adults.
St. Irenaeus Church is located at South Orchard and Indianwood in Park Forest.
