Registration is held at Park Forest Village Hall, 350 Victory Drive, Park Forest.

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:
- Shetland (4-6 yr olds) $75
- Pinto (7-8 yr olds) $100
- Mustang {9-1.0 yr olds) $110
- Bronco {1.1.-1.2 yr olds) $120
- Pony (1.3-1.4 yr olds) $135
April30,2014 is the date used for age determination.
No uniform will be issued without a birth certificate on file. A box of candy for $52 or 30 raffle tckets for $30 must be sold as a fundraiser.
A $25 refundable participation fee will be refunded when the fundraiser when parent participation is completed. So the only out of pocket expense is the registration fee.
Families with multiple players residing in the same home will pay a maximum of $235 for registration fees. Fundraiser and participation fee will apply.
Complete payment must be made to be placed in the draft and receive a uniform.
Anyone calling to register after March 15th will be placed on a waiting list and not guaranteed a roster spot or a uniform for Opening Day.
The fundraiser will not be a contest but players can earn prizes based on units sold.
