Attention Illinois Homeowners and Businesses: Grant Opportunities Available for Solar, Wind Energy, Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, and Energy Efficiency Retrofits


Illinois Solar Energy Association hosting tours of solar facilities throughout Chicago

Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—October 11, 2013. In the October 2013 edition of Governor Quinn’s Sustainability Newsletter, a number of grant opportunities are highlighted for solar and wind energy, electric vehicle charging stations and energy efficiency retrofits. These grants are available to homeowners and small businesses.

Keep in mind that the deadlines for the grant applications are approaching, so if you’re thinking about doing any sustainability-related projects in your home or small business, you might want to take advantage of this opportunity.
